Perspective Engineering & Design (PE&D) is to provide licensed professional engineering specializing in architectural, structural and construction for residential additions, renovations and assessments. Every project scope will incorporate the client’s perspective with our professional guidance in acceptance with the building codes and requirements.
What we do:
Professional Engineering services, licensed in PA, NJ & DE, with over 15 years experience in residential design, structural assessments, and knowledge of construction materials. We are licensed in MD and NY for special projects.
We work on projects with homeowners, contractors, interior designers, real-estate agents, project managers, property owners and agencies. We consult with other design professionals.
