New Customer Process for Additions/ Renovations

We will meet with you at the project location or schedule a video chat so we can learn about your project. We will prepare and send you an estimate that includes a summary of the project scope. Once you agree on the estimate, you can send in the deposit, which will be approximately 1/3 of the estimate. Once we receive the deposit, it is our time to inspect / measure your home and prepare preliminary drawings of the proposed layout of the addition / renovations for your review and comment. Once you agree to a layout, we will prepare the final drawings that will be signed/sealed by a licensed professional engineer. The final drawings may include floor plans, roof plan, front elevation, sections, structural details, utility plan, and notes. The interior finishes (paint color / flooring / kitchen cabinetry…) are not on our drawings and typically discussed between you and the contractor. When we have the drawings complete, we will send you an invoice. We will send you the drawings in PDF format once we receive the final payment. The drawings can be printed at printing stores near you like Staples or FedEx Office. We can also print copies for you if you want, for a small additional fee (what the printing store charges.)  

Payments

We have a company policy to receive payment before releasing the final drawings / reports. We accept payments of cash (preferred), check (preferred), ACH (online), credit card (online) and Venmo.
